TITLE: Administrative Coordinator

LOCATION: Carson City, NV (onsite)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Direct Hire

PAY: $26-$28/hour DOE

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a thriving aerospace manufacturing company in Carson City, NV! In this position, you will be instrumental in in driving efficiency and supporting the company’s HR and Organizational Development initiatives.

  • Provide daily administrative support to People Operations and Organizational Development teams
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and departmental events
  • Assist with recruiting activities: post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing materials, scheduling orientations, and ensuring all paperwork is completed
  • Maintain organized, confidential employee records and files
  • Help manage benefits administration and support tasks related to FMLA, PLOA, and STD documentation
  • Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving processes and increasing digital efficiency
  • Support various HR programs and company-wide initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or HR support role
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, Google)
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and general HR practices is a plus
