Seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead project execution , drive operational efficiency , and ensure seamless coordination among trade partners .

🎓 💻Required Experience & Qualifications:

• ✔️ 5+ years of experience leading large-scale commercial construction projects as a Superintendent
• ✔️ Proven success managing $20M+ projects with operational and financial oversight
• ✔️ OSHA certification and advanced safety training required
• ✔️ Strong ability to interpret and execute technical specifications and architectural drawings
• ✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, and leading scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, Phoenix)
• ✔️ Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred
• ✔️ Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
