Seeking an elite trainer/technician to support and drive field success

In this role, you’ll be the first face customers meet. You’ll not only enhance safety and peace of mind, but also play a vital part in our field team’s growth through effective training and leadership.
Why this role stands out: No cold calling. No door-to-door sales.
Our Inside Sales team sets in-home appointments with pre-qualified customers already interested in ADT smart security. Your focus? Guide them through their options, design a custom solution, and ensure a seamless installation experience.
