Sr. Strategic Supply Chain Manager, Amazon Fashion Job ID: 2965445 | Amazon.com Services LLC As a Sr. Supply Chain Manager, you will define and execute a Supply Chain Roadmap for several of our largest and most strategic Fashion brands. You will collaborate with Product, Vendor, and Customer Service Managers to improve processes for vendors, aiming to maximize product availability and operational excellence. This role involves aligning Supply Chain operations with Amazon procurement systems and enhancing collaboration with strategic Fashion vendors. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, self-motivated, and possess strong data analysis skills. Proven success in cost reduction initiatives and a passion for customer experience are essential. The candidate should be persistent, thoughtful, and thrive in a dynamic environment managing both tactical and strategic activities concurrently. Hands-on experience in operations or inventory management, along with knowledge of fundamental business principles, is preferred. The candidate should be capable of managing large catalogs efficiently, identifying issues, and improving processes. Leadership and influence skills are necessary to manage internal and external teams in an ambiguous setting while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities Identify and implement improvements in demand and production planning. Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs such as out-of-stock rate, inbound lead time, and confirmation rates, presenting insights to senior leadership. Analyze production and delivery lead times and operational metrics like EDI adoption, PO confirmations, fulfillment, and inventory placement. Identify opportunities to enhance cost structure and profitability, collaborating with partner teams for execution. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience with Excel Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional/military experience Experience working with complex data sets Experience communicating results to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of statistics or analytical techniques Experience with SQL Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
