Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have a robust background in accounting, finance, and investment operations. As an Accounting Manager, you will oversee the daily accounting operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement effective accounting policies and procedures.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit activities.
• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Stay current on accounting regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
